Junglies are back in the Desert

The Junglies have returned to the desert after eight years and they have conducted the first ‘dust’ landings in a Commando Merlin Mk4.
Aircrew and engineers from B Flight, 845 Naval Air Squadron; with support from CHF’s Commando Mobile Air Operations Team and Air Combat Services Support Squadron, along with Joint Helicopter Support Squadron and RAF Tactical Support Wing, have been conducting desert environmental training to refresh their skillsin a formidable and challenging operating environment in the Gulf region.
